Server

Summary of Position:

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.  Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a delightful time; they will want to return again and again.  By attentively engaging guests, servers are acutely aware of the guests’ needs and desires, which will be matched to our offerings. 

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older

• Be able to communicate respectfully and honestly with others, including all staff

• Have knowledge of service, food and beverage with at least 3 years of experience in front of house operations (or 1 year of fine dining experience)

• Have a valid THD Food handler’s License and comply with all THD guidelines

• Have a valid ABLE Commission LBW license and comply with all ABLE laws

• Have POS experience and be able to do basic math calculations

• Have the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, up to 6 hours
