Host/Hostess
Summary of Position:
As a Host/Hostess you are the first and last impression guests have of JTR Group. Hosts & Hostesses greet guests at the front door and seat them in the dining room. Hosts & Hostesses must be able to take accurate and complete information from guests in person and over the phone while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Phone etiquette and general friendliness are required, as well as a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people.
Qualifications
Be 16 years of age or older. • Be able to communicate respectfully and honestly with others, including all staff.
Have knowledge of service, food and beverage with at least 1 year of experience in front of house operations (or 1 year of customer service experience).
Be able to do basic math calculations.
Have the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, up to 5 hours
